This company dedicates itself to organizing group or individual tours among other activities connected with tourism and sports and it’s registered, licensed and insured in Portugal.

b. Providing the data is voluntary, but it might be necessary to conclude and perform the order for the booking and purchase of services related to the acquired package. If you do not provide personal data, the contract will not be concluded.

c. The basis for data processing is consent obtained from you, performance of the concluded contract or legitimate interest of the Administrator.

d. The recipients of personal data to which the Administrator provides or entrusts data are authorized employees, entities processing data on our behalf, in the category of recipients such as: brokers and travel suppliers, hotel chains, hotels, car rentals, railway service providers, companies providing passenger transport services, insurance companies, booking system providers, visa brokers, financial institutions involved in servicing payments, IT service providers, courier companies, post offices and other services necessary to carry out orders.

e. Personal data will be transferred to third countries or an international organization, including outside the European Economic Area, if required by the order placed for the tourist service.

f. Personal data together with the documentation of the contracts will be stored for a period not longer than necessary to perform the contract and fulfill legal obligations, which covers a period of 6 years from the date of the last order. After this date, they will be deleted or encrypted to prevent identification of the data owner.

g. The data owner has the right to access personal data, request their rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, the right to object to the processing, the right to transfer data.

h. The data owner has the right to withdraw consent at any time.

i. The data owner has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

j. The administrator obtained personal data directly from the data subject or from a third party authorized by him.
